If CAD is closed at the time of your request, Air Traffic Control (ATC) can process short-notice permits. The handling cost at VHHH is based on the maximum takeoff weight (MTOW). Ramp and parking fees, meanwhile, are assessed based on wingspan and charged on a six-hour basis.
