On the 29th of December 2024, a Boeing 737-800 operated by a low-cost South Korean airline crashed after an emergency landing and overshooting the runway at Muan International Airport in South Korea. This crucially includes the time of the bird strike and landing attempts. So the 737 T/R uses radio altimeter to enable the reversers.

An incomplete summary description of FASF is whether the airplane made it out of ground effect. One more gadget in the cockpit cannot remedy deficits in skill, judgement, and attitude. I could see that the spot on the ground in the windshield that was not moving was short of the runway.
