I was inspired by Ernest Gantt’s seminal work, Fate Is the Hunter , which chronicles his adventures of flying the line when round-engined DC-2s, -3s, -4s, -6s, Boeing 307s, and Lockheed Constellations were the primary people movers during the golden age of airliners. Gantt would not have been impressed.

Just some panels sliding closed – working similarly to modern flaps and slats on every commercial airliner. This increases to 815kg (1,800 lbs) if flying purely in conventional flight mode, using runways to take off and land.The maximum gross weight of the aircraft is stated as 2,500kg (5,500 lbs). No huge tilting wings.
