Luscombe 8F Palmer, Texas/Injuries: None NTSB Report: CEN23LA17 The pilot, who had approximately 820 hours total time of which 573 hours were in the accident aircraft, reported that during the landing approach, he felt the left rudder cable break, resulting in a loss of rudder control. No mechanical issues were found with the aircraft.
