Cathay Pacific is reportedly interested in either picking up more Airbus A350s, ordering Boeing 787s for the first time, or even adding to its Boeing 777 order book, though that jet is yet to be certified. Its not known exactly how many jets Cathay Pacific is looking to order.

The airline has been taking delivery of these jets quickly, and Deltas A321neo fleet is now approaching 70 aircraft. Upon delivery, both jets were immediately ferried to Victorville (VCV), where they entered storage. In early 2022, Delta Air Lines took delivery of its first Airbus A321neo.

For one, ITA Airways A321neo might be the swankiest narrow body jet operated by any global airline, and really puts even other quality airlines to shame. However, it feels like a lot of airlines are making a compromise when it comes to hard product on these jets, compared to what passengers have come to expect on larger aircraft.

Riyadh Air will fly Boeing 787s & Airbus A321neos So far Riyadh Air has placed two aircraft orders. In 2023, the airline placed an order for up to 72 Boeing 787-9s , including a firm order for 39 jets, and options for a further 33 jets. Riyadh Air is planning a pretty bold livery.

Admittedly this isnt quite as cutting edge as some of ANAs wide body aircraft (or Japan Airlines A350-900 first class ), but for a narrow body, it was perfectly nice, and I wouldnt hesitate to fly this product again. We had quite the roundabout approach, presumably due to traffic.

I had flown Aer Lingus’ Airbus A321LR business class back in 2019, and it has a very similar hard product to what you’ll find on the updated version of the jet (it’s essentially the same seats, but with updated tech). Are they only offered when departing Dublin, only on wide body aircraft, or what?
