Those seated from row 21 and behind were to board first then followed by row 11 to 20 and finally the front row passengers boarded last. What I don't understand about this flight though is why they didn't dim the lights during take-off and landing, so it was bright cabin from the departure gate to the arrival gate. This is my seat 10A.

After a smooth take-off, it didn't take long for our aircraft to reach 10,000 feet and immediately the cabin crew were released to start the service. This set of Japanese crew were nice and I was able to communicate with them without issueas. At this point, we were on final approach into Taipei Taoyuan Airport.

Once again, an announcement from the flight crew was made but it was difficult to hear what he was saying as it sounded like another voice in the background (could be the other pilot talking to the ATC) and also the cabin crew made some important announcement including a reminder to us about the consequences if we fail to follow the rules.

Damp Lease is which the lessor (owner) provides the aircraft, maintainence of the aircraft and flight crew. However, cabin crew and insurance will not be provided. The airline that is leasing the aircraft will provide its own cabin crew and will be trained before being allowed to work on these leased aircraft.

Not long after settling into my seat, a cabin crew came to a few of us who had pre-booked our meals online to confirm our order. When we reached our aircraft, we were the first batch to board so that gave me a chance to explore the cabin. Anyway, once I settled down, the cabin crew came to distribute the menu and also an amenity kit. Once all the passengers settled down and the crew completed the pre-departure checklists, we were on our way.

The aircraft was on final approach to SKG. By then the aircraft started its descent when the cabin crew were released from their seats.

Initially a woman sitting at the aisle seat was willing to change her seat with the wife (sitting a row behind me - middle seat) then after that the cabin crew came to assist and informed them that there was a vacant seat at the first row (no idea which seat it was). One thing I won't miss is the dreadful weather. Here we are!

The Captain made his announcement and gave us update on the weather on route and for the announcments by the cabin crew, it was done in 5 languages including the Taiwanese dialect. Take off was slightly turbulent but eventually the weather improved after flying out of Japan. At this point, the ride was smooth.

My cabin luggage was able to fit in but it is better to have the handle of the baggage facing you to optimise space. My in-flight experience We boarded with the cabin crew welcoming us. On final approach to LHR runway 27 Left. It was certainly a great day for flying, the weather on route was excellent.

Just like ITA's A220 cabin, the leather seats are quite comfortable but the legroom space is slightly better on this aircraft. The cabin crew announced to us to seat at our allocated seat which I assumed that this is needed for balancing issue for this aircraft. We were on final approach.

My in-flight Experience After boarding the aircraft, the purser standing near the door gave me a half hearted smile and one of the cabin crew (let's call her A) was loud, instructing the passengers like how a school teacher deals with his/her students. Unfortunately weather at Athens was not good, it was quite windy at that time.

This is the area of Rossio Santa Maria Maior The view is absolutely stunning especially in good weather. On the day of departure Even though we had plenty of time before our flight departure, we decided to head to the airport early as dragging our cabin baggage across the footpath was not ideal. This was my flight's final assigned gate. I spotted another green stripes livery on this A330-900neo on final approach to this airport. Once on board, I noticed a cabin crew was serving champagne on a plastic cup and was pleasantly surprised I was given one, I suppose because of the occasion (New Year's Day).

What else I noted about this flight is the cabin crew made a birthday announcement wishing a 17 years old passenger, a happy birthday (I wonder whether she received anything from the crew - SQ does offer birthday cakes but you need to request in advance) and our first officer on this flight was a female.

Introduction I wasn't looking forward to going home as I thoroughly enjoyed myself in London especially the cooler weather and more exciting places to visit compared to my country. However, he mentioned that there was turbulence along the way, not a surprise especially June to October period is usually the typhoon season and bad weather is quite common. I wonder whether was it because of the bad weather on route that caused us to push back late.

The reason is that the nice cabin crew offered to move my seat mate which she accepted to the front so that she could get off as soon as she can to catch her connecting flight. During the flight, I used flightradar24 to check on the weather and our flight progress. Good weather sometimes give you beautiful view like this.

During our descent to CPH, there was a sudden and noticeable increase in altitude, and the cabin crew announced that our landing had been aborted. Ive heard of aborted landings due to weather conditions, but this is the first time I have encountered an aborted landing due to another aircraft.

Look at the cabin ambiance, I am a definitely a fan of these colours. A starlux cabin crew was preparing the flight for departure. The captain came to do the announcement and reported fine weather for most parts of the journey except around Singapore where it would be slightly bumpy during the descent.

Since these aircraft were already installed with Aeroflot's cabin interior and configuration, the Indian airline decided to make some minor changes and that also means the airline didn't have to wait long to take delivery of the 6 aircraft.
