Once on board, we settled down quickly and the announcement was made about my flight including expected turbulence during the take-off and a reminder not to film the crew and passengers without permission. After taking off, we experienced some turbulence during our climb and the ride was better once we were out of Taiwan.

Damp Lease is which the lessor (owner) provides the aircraft, maintainence of the aircraft and flight crew. However, cabin crew and insurance will not be provided. The airline that is leasing the aircraft will provide its own cabin crew and will be trained before being allowed to work on these leased aircraft.

In addition, the airport has 2 runways, runway 10/28 and 16/34 and operates 2 terminals. For business class, they take up the first front rows of the cabin with the middle seat blocked and have a better legroom space of 32 inches. With a minute ahead of schedule, we pushed back and made our way to the departure runway.

Photos of the cabin I find the cabin crew's uniform and the cabin interior matching. The Boeing 787 cabin is easily recognised by the electronic dimmed windows supplied by PPG Aerospace. I was fortunate to be one of the first to board the aircraft and that allowed me to snap some photos of the cabin.

With a single runway (17/35) in operation and smaller capacity airport compared to Milan (MXP) airport, there are airlines from other parts of Europe flies to this airport while for international airlines from other continents would fly to MXP airport instead. I had the whole row to myself thanks to the crew for allowing me to change seat.

When we reached our aircraft, we were the first batch to board so that gave me a chance to explore the cabin. Anyway, once I settled down, the cabin crew came to distribute the menu and also an amenity kit. Once all the passengers settled down and the crew completed the pre-departure checklists, we were on our way.

After take-off, there was a bit of turbulence during climb especially flying through some clouds. Once that was cleared, the cabin crew were released for duty. Like my previous flights, a set of crew would come around with a camera offering complimentary polaroid photos for the passengers and not surprisingly, they went past me.

This time, both of the engines were started after pushed back so no PTU (Power Transfer Unit) - 'barking' noise was heard during our taxi to the runway. We took off with a few bumps here and there and more turbulence happening when we flew through the clouds during our climb. The 2 hours flight in this cabin was certainly comfortable.

The Captain made his announcement and gave us update on the weather on route and for the announcments by the cabin crew, it was done in 5 languages including the Taiwanese dialect. Take off was slightly turbulent but eventually the weather improved after flying out of Japan. This is the second cabin of the economy class.

While taxing to the runway, it started raining and off we went! The turbulence was not as bad as what I was anticipating and for most parts of the flight, it was smooth. Cabin crew came around to do the BOB (Buy On Board) service and this time, we noticed someone ordering water and wasn't charged so we did the same.

My cabin luggage was able to fit in but it is better to have the handle of the baggage facing you to optimise space. My in-flight experience We boarded with the cabin crew welcoming us. Anyway I find it strange that even though the safety video was played, the crew still did a manual safety demonstration, that's a first for me.

Cabin photos of the A320ceo With the transparent partition, the passengers at the first row face the cabin crew during take-off and landing for the seat 1A, 1B and 1C. Our taxi to the runway took around 10 minutes. We hit some light turbulence during our descent. On final approach to SZB's runway 15.

Once that was done, we spent about 1/4 of our flight time taxing to runway 20L. There was quite a bit of turbulence in the middle of the flight but landing in Penang was a smooth affair. The taxi to runway 20L seem to take forever. Currently, only 2 runways are in operation and that is runway 20L/02R and 20R/02L.

Greeted by the not-so-friendly crew, I made my way to the seat with about 90% of the seats taken. This is the front view of the cabin. So for the pilots to communicate with the cabin crew, they need to do so by the telephone. In-Flight Snack During the flight, the 2 cabin crew came around and distribute snacks for us.

For most parts of the flight, it was smooth with just a bit of turbulence during the way out of Changi and on approach to Shanghai. Once we started our descent, the cabin crew appeared and at least they did their job by checking everyone is buckle up before they made their way to their seats.

Once on board, I noticed a cabin crew was serving champagne on a plastic cup and was pleasantly surprised I was given one, I suppose because of the occasion (New Year's Day). Announcement was made by the Captain about our flight which we would to expect some turbulence especially along the way but no mention about the flight delay.

Initially a woman sitting at the aisle seat was willing to change her seat with the wife (sitting a row behind me - middle seat) then after that the cabin crew came to assist and informed them that there was a vacant seat at the first row (no idea which seat it was).

My in-flight Experience After boarding the aircraft, the purser standing near the door gave me a half hearted smile and one of the cabin crew (let's call her A) was loud, instructing the passengers like how a school teacher deals with his/her students. On my next flight, the nice crew asked whether do I want the can.

The cabin crew were waiting for us. However, he mentioned that there was turbulence along the way, not a surprise especially June to October period is usually the typhoon season and bad weather is quite common. After 20 minutes of taxi, we reached runway 20L. We hit some turbulence while flying through some clouds.

After take off, the ride was generally smooth but there was turbulence from time to time but the worst was flying over Bay of Bengal near India. The reason is that the nice cabin crew offered to move my seat mate which she accepted to the front so that she could get off as soon as she can to catch her connecting flight.

For the 2nd flight, I thought the crew handled quite well especially it was a turbulent flight and I find the service on both flights quite pleasant. I like the cabin interior and the service was not bad, I was glad the cabin crew didn't forget my pre-ordered snack and beverage after I shifted to a new seat.

The airport currently has 2 terminals in operation with a 3rd terminal currently being built and has 2 runways 05L/23R and 05R/23L, with a 3rd runway being built to manage the increased traffic once the new terminal starts operation. Look at the cabin ambiance, I am a definitely a fan of these colours. The view from my seat.

With 2 runways, (12L/30R and 12R/30L), both runways have sufficent runway length to be able to cope with the heaviest and biggest aircraft, the A380 and Boeing 747-8F. There was turbulence from time to time but nothing bad to mention. Dubai International Airport was opened in 1960 and is managed by Dubai Airports Company.

Anyway, the service on board both flights were great, the crew were professional and they were able to communicate in English. Best Cabin Crew Uniform (Singapore Airlines) The Kebaya looks absolutely stunning on the female cabin crew. I flew with Firefly's ATR-72-500 before so this is not new for me.

First, there was a shocking runway collision in Tokyo on the second day of the year. Japan Airlines flight 516 was landing at Haneda Airport (HND) when the Airbus A350-900 collided with a Japan Coast Guard DHC Dash 8 that was already on the runway. At least 71 people were injured, with dozens requiring treatment in intensive care.

Once again, an announcement from the flight crew was made but it was difficult to hear what he was saying as it sounded like another voice in the background (could be the other pilot talking to the ATC) and also the cabin crew made some important announcement including a reminder to us about the consequences if we fail to follow the rules.
