NOTE: Universal Aviation Italy is reporting that there are rumors that there could be a NOTAM issued for LIMO preventing landings of GA flights in a specific time window. We are closely monitoring this and will update this article when/if a NOTAM is issued. The period of the race is one of the busiest times of year for LIML.

Softened by excessive rain, the runway was NOTAMed closed. Beating the Odds I called for and received taxi clearance to the museum and started rolling. Dan received the same clearance. Dan received his taxi clearance, then offered that the whole process works better when the chocks are removed before engine start.

I checked the hangar and had no bulb in my parts cabinet. I called the clearance delivery number on the OXB NOTAM but they gave me another number to call.
