We departed from Sodus VFR, picked up our IFR clearances in the air, and proceeded direct to St Clair County Airport (KPHN) just on the Michigan side of the border with Canada. Per the chart, the field generally has fuel available and, while there was no NOTAM about fuel being unavailable that day, I could not find a fuel price in ForeFlight.
