Similarly, many types of planes will have recommended final approach speed increased in gusty conditions and/or for crosswinds. That email was not acknowledged.

Sitting in the flight deck during the cruise portion of any flight may have a tendency to become monotonous. If the wind is as shown by the landing direction indicator, the pilot should land on Runway 9 and expect a crosswind from the right. Runway 27 and expect a crosswind from the right. 040° and 220° true.
