Ailerons are actuated by pushrods that run through the wing struts, reducing aerodynamic drag and giving the responsive ailerons a solid feel. Given that gross weight for the NX is 2,300 pounds and the standard empty weight in base configuration is 1,216 pounds, CubCrafters achieved its goal. That got our attention.
