I went through the correct process but did not select from database (DB) to enter the airport, instead, I was stuck in stupid on the flight plan (ActFP) page. The ground portion was a review of my flying, and procedures that included V speeds, emergency procedures and some regs.

While the first officer went through the pre-start checks, the flight dispatcher called with the aircraft weight and balance: 18,137 kilogrammes. Now that the first officer had the take-off weight of the aircraft, he could use the speedcard booklet to calculate the V-speeds for the flight. in 2019 (CC BY 2.0)
