I had flown Aer Lingus’ Airbus A321LR business class back in 2019, and it has a very similar hard product to what you’ll find on the updated version of the jet (it’s essentially the same seats, but with updated tech). There wasn’t any turbulence, but the clouds in the distance were huge (and the pictures don’t really do it justice).
