Terminal 4 Observation Deck It is quite small but you get a good view of the tarmac. For the rest of the flight, it was a smooth experience until our touchdown at CDG airport, we hit quite hard on the runway surface, why? The 40 minutes flight went past very quickly and we started our descent soon in this good weather.

The weather was not good that day. The airport tarmac, traffic was very light at that time. I checked the weather radar and fortunately for us, the weather was good until evening time. Fortunately for us the weather was good. I was pleasantly surprised with the good weather along the way. I certainly do.

What I like about the interior of the terminals at this airport is they offer good view of the tarmac which allow great opportunity to take good photos of the aircraft. Once we were on our way, we flew through a bit of turbulence but once the weather was better, the seat belt sign was turned off. What's provided for each passenger ?

This side of the terminal offers view of the tarmac and if you go up to the food court, you are able to do some photography over there. One thing I won't miss is the dreadful weather. Once done, I entered the airside of the airport. There are a good number of shops and eateries at the airside. The sky was getting dark. Goodbye Mumbai!

Yesterday was a challenging travel day in the United States, due to some weather systems. Anyone else who traveled yesterday knows it was a problem ridden due to a deadly weather system that moved across the country with a 50k ft ceiling (i.e. Quick background I am a current and 11 year EXPLAT (3 of which were CK). The airport mayhave 2 runways (runway 14/32 and runway 09/27) but only one runway is in operation (09/27) and if this runway is in maintenance, the other runway will be in used. Therefore it is common for flight delays in departure and arrival especially if the weather is bad.
