KLM Boeing 737 skids off runway in Oslo after hydraulic failure

On the evening of December 28, a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Boeing 737-800 made an emergency landing at Oslo Torp Sandefjord Airport (TRF) after experiencing hydraulic failure shortly after takeoff from Oslo-Gardermoen Airport (OSL). While landing on runway 18 at Torp, the plane veered off the right side of the runway, stopping on soft grass.

FAA begins probe after United and Delta jets draw near on runway approach

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has begun an investigation into a midair incident involving a United Airlines Boeing 737-900ER and a Delta Air Lines Airbus A330-300.
