I filed my IFR flight plan, received a clearance and took off into the gray winter sky. We entered the holding pattern over Jeff City, flew two circuits and finally received our approach clearance. Finally, I had Phil ask the controller to find us an alternate within 120 miles that didnt have freezing rain.

You wont find any mention of LP+V on an approach plate.

So for passengers travelling to Milan, they can board through the Schengen level and for those flying to Singapore, they have to board through the non Schengen level and that also includes passport check and clearance. We waited for a while near the threshold to allow a few aircraft ahead of us to take off. We entered the runway.
