LOT selects Airbus for new regional fleet with order for up to 84 A220s at PAS25

LOT Polish Airlines has selected Airbus for a new regional fleet with an order for up to 84 A220s at Paris Air Show 2025. Airbus beat off strong competition from Embraer to secure the firm order for 20 A220-100s and 20 A220-300s, with the option to purchase 44 more planes in the future. The Airbus A220 fleet will be powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1500G engines with the new aircraft scheduled to be delivered between 2027 and 2031.
