Aer Lingus pilots’ union has called off its planned weeks-long industrial action, having reached a new pay increase deal recommended by the Labor Court. The industrial action began on June 26, 2024, when pilots demanded a 24% pay increase. Over 500 IALPA Aer Lingus pilots rallied together this morning at a picket outside Dublin Airport during an 8 hour strike.
